Successful Manufacturers’ Independent Rep Firm seeks
ambitious hard working individual for Outside Sales
Representative. New Hire will start with a salary and will work into
commission only. Successful candidate must be able to work
independently and have the desire to become a dynamic member of a
professional sales team in a growth-oriented company.
Required Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in outside sales calling on the
building materials, hardware/home center, lumberyard retail, paint
retail/wholesale, plumbing wholesale, roofing wholesale and/or
construction supply industries.
Individual must posses an excellent work ethic, pleasant
personality, honesty, high integrity, and the desire to sell.
Applicant must be willing to commit to the time necessary to grow
and develop existing business as well as new accounts.
Must be goal oriented, able to multi-task and possess effective
communication skills. Position requires individual to learn at
a quick rate and travel - both day and overnight is required.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to territory sales calls/planning,
forecasting, hold product knowledge classes, develop new programs
for accounts, merchandise stores, build strong relationships with
all customers and grow all accounts at a minimum of twenty percent
or more annually.
Salary and Benefits: $40,000-$55,000 annually
based on experience and proven track record. Willing to consider
expense reimbursement, and benefits. Position will transition into
commission only. Excellent opportunity for goal-oriented person.
